This policy explains how TXT Maker at createtxt.com handles information when you use the site.

Your text and files

Text you type or paste, filenames you enter, and .txt files you drag into the editor are handled in your browser. The site creates downloads locally. TXT Maker does not upload or store that content on its servers, and its analytics events do not include your text, filenames, or file contents. You do not need an account to use the site.

Website analytics

TXT Maker uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and basic tool usage. It records page views and events such as starting to edit, copying text, and starting a non-empty .txt download. An event may include whether a download was started with the button or keyboard shortcut. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information about your browser, device, and visit. The site does not send editor content or filenames as analytics event parameters.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like other hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address and request metadata. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

Advertising

TXT Maker has installed the Google AdSense script on its tool and guide pages while the site is under review. Ads are not currently shown. When the script loads, Google may receive technical information about your browser, device, and visit and may use cookies or similar technologies. If ads are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized ads in Google's ad settings or use industry opt-out tools.
